Late but not forgotten

I made this for my daughter thinking it could be part of her Christmas this year then she reminded me that I still owe her a hat from last Christmas, lol.  Oh NO, so she got this one early, and now I have to find something else for this year.  She has requested a new scarf to go with a coat she is getting for Christmas from her grand parents.  It's ok, I love knitting for her.

Welcome 2 The World

My beautiful niece Tiffany had her baby boy Eli Thomas on February 23, 2012.  He is just beautiful.  This is the baby I knitted the Camo baby blanket for, also the baby sweater and hats.  She loved the blanket and I'm sure she will get a lot of use out of it.  I still have to get buttons for the sweater before he gets to big to wear it.  I know she will be a wonderful mother.

MacKenzie's Easter Dress

I knitted my Grand Daughter MacKenzie Paige a new dress for Easter.

I let her pick out the yarn, and she just loves her new dress.

I made her a little purse to match.

Now I am making her a little headband to match.

Over look the face painting she had just come from pre-school & it was Cat in the Hat day, lol.

Baby Sweater

Camo Pinwheel Blankie

Ear Flap Hat 4 Gavin

We have been dealing with the sudden passing of my cousin this week...Her daughter has 2 beautiful little grand son's and ask me if I would make them a hat, of course I said yes...If I can do something so simple as to make them a hat and it puts a smile on her face it is all worth it...This little pattern is so fast and easy...I will be using this pattern again...

February Lady Sweater

I made this for my mom for Christmas...It's the first sweater I have ever blocked and it did great...It fits her perfectly and she loves it...Now I'm making one for my 4 year old grand daughter to match her 'WaWa's', lol...

Circle Of Friends

Steelers Hats

My son just loves the Pittsburg Steelers. I saw this pattern and couldn't resist making him a hat to match his new sweater. The first one I went strickly by the pattern in size large, the second one I made the small size, I changed the colors around and decreased on every row instead of every other to make it more like a beanie.

Cup Cake Hat for Ms.Dawn

I made this for my GrandDaughter's pre-school teacher...when she found out that I knit, she told my daughter that she had requested one of these from her boyfriend that knits, but he refused to knit it for her so my daughter ask me to make it for her and I of course said YES...

I finished knitting the cherry to go on top, and MacKenzie just had to help stuff it, lol...Then she insisted that Nana add sprinkles to the top of it...

I'm really pleased with the way that it turned out...

I have also knitted 2 more of them for Christmas presents...

Steelers Wallaby

I made this for my son for christmas using the Steelers colors...I had him try it on and unfortunately he has grown, lol...Now I have to start over and make another one and either sell this one or donate it to my high school and let them raffle it off to raise money for needed kids...Just so happens they are the same colors...

After seening all the beautiful sweaters using this pattern on Ravelry, I just had to try it. I wanted to make something special for my Mother for Christmas this year and this pattern just spoke to me...I love the lace and it was so easy to make. Pinwheel Beret's

Made to match scarfs that I knitted and gave for Christmas presents last year.  I think they turned out pretty.  My daughter just had a fit over hers, lol.  Now I have to do one for my 4 year old grand daughter so she has a matching set.

Scarf & Beret

I was asked to make these for a young lady that my daughter works with.  And of course I was glad to make them.   This is the first time I've made a hat like this, and I am really hoping that Sandra likes it. I love creating & sharing.

Pinwheel Blankie

I finally tried this Pinwheel baby blanket and just love how it turned out.  It is tricky to get started, but once you get past the first few rounds it goes very quickly.
